For VPI / Dip Vat Maintenance Services:

Because of our years of experience with VPI / Dip Vat systems, we can provide accurate estimates to have a system serviced after we acquire the following information:

  1. Name, E-mail, and Phone Number of Contact.
  2. Location of the System – Facility Name, Street, City, State.
  3. Size of System – Including size of storage tank, process chamber, and diameter of the transfer line.
  4. Digital Photographs – Providing a visual of the systems interior condition, transfer lines, and exterior accessibility.
  5. Condition of System – Amount of buildup, problems experiencing, etc…
  6. Resin Utilized in System – Product name and amount of resin or varnish and include the last analysis completed if filtration is requested.
  7. Service Requested – Confined space tank cleaning, resin filtration, lining installation, permanent filter unit install.
  8. Time line project requested.

For Storage Tank Maintenance Services:

Because of our years of experience with storage tank systems, we can provide accurate estimates to have your tank serviced after we acquire the following information:

  1. Name, E-mail, and Phone Number of Contact.
  2. Location of the tank(s) – Facility Name, Street, City, State.
  3. Size of Storage Tank(s) – Including gallon capacity, dimensions, horizontal/vertical.  
  4. Contents in Storage Tank(s) – Including name and amount of product/waste that will be in tank(s) for removal.
  5. Type of Service Requested – Confined space tank cleaning for maintenance, change of product, prep for inspection.  Tank Lining. 
  6. Digital Photographs – Providing a visual of the tank(s) interior condition, coils (if applicable) and exterior accessibility.
  7. If coils are present in tank – Provide drawing of coil configuration.
  8. Condition of System – Amount of buildup, problems experiencing, etc…
